I’m Shannon Polk and for 20 + years, I’ve been helping schools and non profits run successful and profitable auction.

Who We Are

I remember the day the principal of my daughter’s school invited me to attend their auction meeting. They had recently lost their Development Director and he wanted to see if they could pull off the auction with parent volunteers. At the end of the meeting, he pulled me aside and said “I think you should coordinate it.” I explained that I had never done an auction and had no idea where to begin but that I would do my best.

That first year was a blur of research, trial and error and lots of mistakes but when it was all said and done, we ended up making $100,ooo and I was hooked. In the following years we put together formulas, processes, a team of incredible people, and the auction and revenue continued to grow.

Now, I use my years of trial and error to help schools and non-profits avoid the overwhelm and get their auction up and running quickly and efficiently. What I would have given to have someone with experience come along side me in those early years! We would have made more money and I would have avoided lots of sleepless nights.
